1. The Kanekalon fiber used in our wig product is a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened using an electronic hair stick at temperatures less than 120°C. The appropriate temperature range is typically around 70-90°C, as higher temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

2. Our wig product cannot be dyed, as it lacks the hair cuticle necessary to maintain the color for an extended period. Additionally, the hair cream rinse inside the wig cap cannot be washed off.

3. The steps for wearing the wig are as follows: a. Gently comb the wig with a wide-tooth comb. b. Put on the wig cap. c. Position the wig and adjust the inner net buckle. d. Secure the wig in place.

4. For cleaning and caring for the wig, follow these steps:

5. Detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb.
6. Shampoo the wig in cold or warm water.
7. Soak the wig for 1-3 minutes.
8. Rinse the wig with water.
9. Dry the wig with a towel.

10. Gently shake the wig to regain its style, then let it air dry.

11. Shedding and tangling are normal, especially when wearing the wig for the first time. Use a wide-tooth comb to gently remove any excess hair, combing from the ends to the roots. This will help prevent further shedding and tangling. (Tip: For curly wigs, it is recommended to comb the hair using your fingers.)

12. The hairstyle of each wig may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of the product. You can restyle the wig according to your preferences. The color may also appear slightly different depending on your personal computer or mobile device display settings. We strive to accurately represent the colors on all our products.

Please note that due to packaging or transportation, the wig may be out of shape when you receive it. Simply take a minute or two to comb it or use an electric hair rod to straighten it, and it will be restored to its original appearance.

The wig is approximately 28 inches (70 cm) in length, and the maximum circumference of the adjustable cap size is around 20-21 inches (51-53 cm), with a normal error margin of 1-2 cm.
